We encourage all pupils to wear school uniform. Pupils, parents and staff were involved in choosing the current dress code and the items have been selected so that pupils clearly identify with the school. This helps to instil a sense of pride and team spirit within our school.
School uniform consists of:
School sweatshirt - Red or French navy blue with school logo preferably
White polo shirt
Dark school skirt or trousers
Dark school shoes for outside, not with high heels (boots or wellies for winter)
Gym shoes or trainers for inside.
Weather proof jacket
PE Kit (which should be kept in a gym bag) consists of:
T shirt which tucks into shorts (not football shirt or shoestring strap tops)
Standard length shorts (not cycle shorts)
Socks
Gym shoes (preferably with Velcro or elastic fastening for younger pupils) all kept in a gym bag.
Sweatshirts with the school logo can be obtained from Buchan Embroidery, the link to our on-line shop is:
Please consider the changeable nature of weather conditions and provide your child with appropriate outerwear and footwear to suit.
Parents should note their responsibility to ensure all clothing and belongings brought to school should be named or marked in some way, as it is difficult for children to distinguish their own clothing from that of others.
